Symposium on Sparsity and Singular Structures 2024
February 26-29, 2024, RWTH Aachen University
The symposium will cover the scientific topics represented in our Collaborative Research Center, focusing on the mathematics of sparsity-based methods, singular structures in PDEs and interactions between these fields. In particular, the event will feature relevant aspects of numerical analysis, analysis of PDEs, mathematical foundations of machine learning and signal processing, discrete and continuous optimization, probability theory and computational algebra.
The aim is to bring together experts in the mentioned fields, report on scientific progress and new direction, and foster interactions between the scientific areas.
The conference will take place from February 26 to 29, 2024, at the SuperC building (Templergraben 57, Aachen) of RWTH Aachen University.
Conference registration is closed.
Registration deadline: February 11, 2024
